hi i think i am going to start using this blog more because i need to get in SHAPE
wow i am offically a loser i posted here like 3 times and then what nothing sorry guys :( xx
day three yeah! breakfast- special k with fresh strawberries lunch- leftover turkey pesto sandwich, popchips dinner- another turkey sandwich (lol this time plain), popchips and string cheese i wouldn’t of had so much dinner but i had to take advil so workouts— 5 mile bike ride aw yeah!
day 2 updates!!! breakfast- two sunny side up eggs and two pieces of 12 grain bread lunch- half of a chai tea wrap 3 cucumber sandwich triangles, cranberry iced tea snack- iced chai latte! dinner- half turkey pesto panini, caesar salad, and a few trader joes chips, lemonade pic to come! workouts- blogilaties videos ( abs, butt, squats, more abs!) kinda ate a lot but it was all...

i just made an iced chai latte with mix i got from trader joes. it was really easy to make, and tastes just like starbucks! it’s great because they are my favorite drink there, and these are probably a lot cheaper. also— this has about 190 calories, while starbucks has 350! yay!!!
aw yeah just finished a ton of blogilaties videos, took a shower, and now i’m about to make these!
update for day one of healthy living! food- breakfast- raspberry yogurt, blueberry luna bar, and 24 oz of water snack- carrots with veggie dip lunch- big quesadilla and some tortilla chips a lot more water!! workouts- some jumping jacks 15 minute run blogilaties beginner ab workout + some extra ab exercises
ok i finished my run now to work on the abs!!!
time to workout! i think i am going to ride my bike a while, come home and jump rope and run some sprints. then i’ll cool down and start an ab video or something! i will update when i’m back. xxx yay for first workout on this blog!!!
