day three yeah! 

breakfast-

special k with fresh strawberries

lunch- 

leftover turkey pesto sandwich, popchips

dinner-

another turkey sandwich (lol this time plain), popchips and string cheese

i wouldn’t of had so much dinner but i had to take advil so

workouts— 

5 mile bike ride aw yeah!
